Thank you for visiting and shopping Cicely Margo. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy. 


Shipping

International shipping has been temporarily halted due to major global shipping delays

Shipment processing time

All domestic USA orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We use USPS as our delivery service. If you wish to use another delivery service, please contact us prior to placing your order so we may make special arrangements.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date. 


Shipping Fees

USA Domestic

USPS First Class Mail - $4.00
3-5 business days with tracking

USPS Priority Mail - $7.00
1-3 business days with tracking

USPS Express Mail - $24.00
1-2 business days with tracking


Shipment

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Please note that Cicely Margo is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once items are in the delivery service's possession and are marked as "Delivered".  Please contact the delivery service directly to file any claims.



Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cicely Margo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. You have 7 days from date of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging.

All special or custom order items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, these sales are final.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning items. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will not include return shipping nor initial shipping costs.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through the contact link at the top or bottom of this page.
